Loop TP Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Loop Tp mobile application provided by Loop Tp.

By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

5.1. The App may allow you to submit, upload, or share content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you submit.

5.2. By submitting content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in connection with the App.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without cause and without notice.

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided through the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA and Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
